A Quality Management System, which forms the basis of our total commitment to meeting organizational goals as well as legal/regulatory requirements and our client expectation in a cost effective and acceptable manner, has been developed.
Our Quality Management System defines the means by which Phunga Holdings management and staff will constantly strive to review and meet quality objectives. All staff is familiarized with the system and will be expected to comply with requirements at all times.
The quality of offered services is based on a Quality Management System (QMS), which is fully developed in conformity to the most widely recognized international standards, ISO 9001. PH has prepared and implemented in its various offices a fully documented QMS that covers all its services including Engineering Design, Construction Supervision and Project Management.
